The overall experience has been bitter to say. The whole order processing and delivery is much far from expectation. In the era of minute delivery if the process stretches to week and beyond then it needs a review. While one may love to deal with tea as content but if the experiences are bitter then tea loses the taste for no fault of it.
The call center number and email ID are very unresponsive. To show a non-function system is more irritating. Its better to do away than to claim and not honour.
If the 500g packs are locally available no one cares to place an online order. In big departmental stores like vijayaganapati in PY the small packs are norm. Scouting locally for 500g was futile exercise. So that is one area of possible improvement.
This transaction was horrible, I fondly recollect the transaction when I received wet box and then (years ago) the response was real good. Though then it was mere feedback and I never wanted a replacement. From there to this..
